Who we are

After establishing the business in 2021, we never thought it would take off the way it has and that we would still be here three years later!

Our mission to begin with was and still is simple;

  • To create a welcoming mobile space giving our customers the best locally sourced and home-made collection of food and drink.

The truck itself was produced in France in 1977. It was found in a barn in Marcilly-le-Hayer, north central France. It was bought back to life in 2021 by having a bare metal restoration and rebuild by Food Truck Masters.

We have a more than adequate public liability insurance of 5 million.  We also have a 5 star Food Hygiene Rating supplied by the Food Hygiene Agency.
